About Me
I’m Moonrise,
I enjoy coding and working on 3D design and printing. Most of the projects I work on nowadays involve CAD or Arduino-type microcontrollers. I’ve also recently dabbled in a little self-hosting :)

About the Site
This is the 4th major iteration of my website.
Current Setup
This site is source controlled through a private GitHub repository, with Cloudflare Pages pulling from that repo and serving to the custom domain.
Code-wise, I use VSCode with caveman-code for the more JavaScript-intensive parts. Unlike previous iterations, this site deviates from the original base template (Dante was the starting point).
History
3rd Iteration: Lasted a few years. Built with Astro’s Starlight template for documentation-style pages. Used a modified Nord color palette.
2nd Iteration: A brief experiment with SvelteKit. Found the file routing unintuitive and bloated, which led me to explore other frameworks.
1st Iteration: Super simple: ~5 files (3 HTML, 2 CSS) in a GitHub Pages repo. Made in high school while learning external stylesheets. Used a modified version of Niagara, a template I made for quick project pages.
